SEATTLE - Wearing a little black dress and a shiny championship belt, (Rowdy) Ronda Rousey was ready for her UFC close-up Thursday.

UFC president Dana White used a news conference for Saturday's televised card in Seattle to announce Rousey's UFC launching pad. He bounded on stage with a spare championship belt, declining to say why until he ended the mystery some 20 minutes later.

"Bring the champ out here," White said.

A smiling Rousey (6-0) emerged from behind the curtain to receive her championship belt while White announced her debut fight in his organization.

Charlize Theron knows how to rock a pixie cut.

About eight months ago Theron first shaved her platinum locks for her role in the upcoming "Mad Max: Fury Road." On Sunday night she debuted a cropped style at the 2013 Oscar Awards, saying that it took about three months of growth to get the perfect pixie length.

The South African beauty strutted the red carpet in a white Dior gown and an arm frosted with diamonds, but her most striking feature was her new hair.

"It's the most freeing thing," Theron told Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet at the Hollywood & Highland Center in California. "I highly recommend it."

Halle Berry has a long history of stunning at the Oscars. In 2011, the actress wowed in a glittery Marchesa gown. Before that, Halle walked arm-in-arm with Oprah wearing an asymmetrical Atelier Versace dress in 2005. Kristen Stewart On Crutches At Oscars 2013

Kristen Stewart may have "won" the Razzie for Worst Actress for her role in the final "Twilight" installment, but she didn't let the dubious title, or a foot injury keep her from the 85th Annual Academy Awards on Sunday night.

The 22-year-old actress made her way down the red carpet on crutches, but ditched them when it came time to pose for photographers.

Why Stewart needed the crutches in the first place is still unknown, but she was spotted limping on her right foot at the show's rehearsals the night before.

Heidi Klum must be single-handedly supporting the double-sided tape industry tonight. The 39-year-old model may have been at the 21st Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party, but her Julien Macdonald gown really showed off her golden globes.

Klum easily wins the award the award for breast dressed tonight, and is likely receiving a standing ovation of a different kind from men in their living rooms across the world.

We're honestly baffled
